Technology Forms for the Upcoming School Year
Dear Clinton Public Schools Families,
We are excited to announce that Clinton Public Schools is transitioning to FinalForms, an online management system designed to simplify, streamline, and paperlessly handle student forms and district requirements. FinalForms allows parents and guardians to complete, sign, and manage forms electronically, ensuring your family's information is secure and easily accessible.
On Wednesday, August 12, you will receive an email notification directly from FinalForms containing instructions to review and sign the required annual Technology Forms for the upcoming school year. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
The forms requiring parent/guardian signature include:
Chromebook Care and Use
Chromebook Protection Information
Acknowledgement of District Acceptable Use Policies
Google Workspace for Education Consent Form
Accessing Your FinalForms Account
A link will be provided within the email, however to access the portal, visit the district’s FinalForms page: clintonpublic-ct.finalforms.com
Existing Users: If you have already created a FinalForms account (e.g., for athletic registration), simply log in using your existing credentials on or after August 12 to complete the assigned technology forms.
New Users: If you do not have a FinalForms account yet, please click "New Account" under the Parent icon and create your account using the primary email address you have provided to Clinton Public Schools. Using the matching email address ensures your account links seamlessly to your student’s official records.
As Clinton Public Schools continues to expand its use of FinalForms, you will also be asked in the coming weeks to review and update contact details and demographic information directly through your parent portal.
