Fourth graders embarked on an exciting “Under the Sea” geometry adventure, where they explored key math concepts in a fun and immersive way. Throughout the activity, they reviewed skills such as classifying polygons based on various attributes, designing creative shark tanks while practicing area and perimeter, and determining missing angles in twisting strands of seaweed. Students also strengthened their geometry vocabulary while “sitting” beside a friendly sea turtle. The hands-on experience kept students highly engaged, and they thoroughly enjoyed learning through this imaginative underwater journey.
