School Counselor
Danielle Gray, M.A., LPC
Danielle Gray has a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University. Mrs. Gray continued on to earn a Master's degree in School Counseling at the University of Saint Joseph in 2011 and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2022. Mrs. Gray has worked for Clinton Public Schools since November of 2022 and has experience working with students from kindergarten through twelfth grade from districts including Regional School District 8, CT, Rocky Hill, CT and East Hartford, CT.
Mrs. Gray works with students in kindergarten through fourth grade. In addition, Mrs. Gray is the 504 case manager.
School Psychologist
Katrina D. Hicks, M.A., S.Y.C.
Katrina Hicks has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Master's Degree and Sixth Year Certification in School Psychology. Mrs. Hicks has worked for Clinton Public Schools since August 2018. Prior to working at Joel , Mrs. Hicks has gained experience in Wolcott and Shelton Public Schools as well as at the Parent Child Resource Center in Derby.
Mrs. Hicks works with students in preschool and kindergarten, and with the Intensive Learning Program and the Student Support Center.
Mrs. Hicks is the Special Education Team Leader for Joel.
School Psychologist
Jacqueline Bonner, M.A., C.A.S.
Jacqueline Bonner has an undergraduate and Master's Degree in Psychology, and a Sixth Year Certification in School Psychology. Mrs. Bonner has worked in the Clinton school district since August 2007. Prior to working at Joel, Mrs. Bonner worked in several school districts including Orange, CT, Woodbridge, CT, and North Kingstown, RI.
Mrs. Bonner works with students in first, second, third, and fourth grade.
