Each year, Clinton Sailing Club offers “Sailorships” to attend sailing camp for one week. This camp is held at the Town Beach and it is for children ages 7-18. Here, the kids learn the parts of the boat, boat safety, capsizing procedures, and they get out on the water and sail everyday - learning about wind direction, tacking and jibing. Depending on how they do, the sailors are able to level up each year and could eventually become a junior counselor while at Eliot/Morgan. It is a great way to spend a week in the summer in Clinton!
